Payment Instructions
- Checkout as guest unless you want to use autopay
- If you want to sign up for autopay then you must create an account
- IF YOU ARE GETTING PAYMENT ERRORS CHECK THE FOLLOWING:
- The customer information you enter MUST MATCH EXACTLY what is on your invoice
- Make sure you selected the correct location
- Check your invoice to ensure your customer information is correct. Per your lease, you are required to keep your personal information updated. If something has changed please contact us so we can correct it. All addresses changes must be in writing, or through email.
- If you are still having trouble paying, try the “Find My Storage Unit” button which will take you to the U-Haul website and use the “Order Look Up” function. You can pay from the U-Haul site as well.
