Self storage is a way to provide people with extra space they need to store a variety of items.  There are many reasons why people need to use self storage.  A move to a new home or or a renovation usually requires extra space while moving belongings to a new location.  Additionally, a variety of life events require the need for extra space, such as adding a new member to the family, a divorce, death, or starting a new business.  Needing extra space isn’t always pleasant, but renting a storage unit can make the situation easier.

You can store a broad range of items in your storage unit.  Furniture, off-season clothing, household items, vehicles, and business inventory are all common items that are stored in our facility.  However, there are a few items that are not appropriate to store in your storage unit such as hazardous or toxic materials, illegal drugs, food, or flammable liquids.

Believe it or not, it happens to the best of us.  The first thing you need to do is contact us so we can check availability of other sizes.  If the size you want to change to is available, we will move you to the correct size and you would just pay the difference in the price of the new unit.

We have a well lit facility in a low crime neighborhood with state of the art video cameras recording 24/7 and monitored from a remote location.  Some facilities will hang a couple fake cameras and signs to make you feel secure.  Always ask to see video of the facility if you have doubts.  We will be more than happy to show the customer our camera video.

All of our units are drive up accessible with large drives which can easily handle u-hauls, trucks and trailers.

Yes, we only operate in one town and visit our facility on a daily basis, with very few exceptions.  We are not some large operator that cannot possibly visit all our locations daily.  If you are looking to rent storage take a drive around the facility.  Check for lights that don’t work, trash laying around, signs of break-ins, smashed doors or building corners, look for cameras, and mouse bait stations.  While maintenance items do arise from time to time we strive to make all repairs as fast as possible and have an active preventive maintenance schedule.
